Giuseppe Cappiotti, founding partner of Studio Legale Cappiotti, has dedicated his career to giving comprehensive consultation to companies, helping them organise and draft corporate contracts.

Our story

In January 2003 we founded Studio Legale Cappiotti – Avvocati Associati. Today we have four partner lawyers (Giuseppe, Alessandro, Giulia and Carlo Cappiotti), one internal collaborator (Guglielmo Cappiotti), external collaborators and a secretary.

Although our law firm has concentrated mainly on prevention and consultation work, we have also followed all the relevant legal proceedings in Italy and the EU, working with experienced correspondents, so we can quickly take all the necessary actions to protect our clients' interests.
